摘  要:目的用高效液相色谱法测定清热化毒丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(50∶50)(每1 000 mL中加入磷酸二氢钾3.4 g和十二烷基硫酸钠1.7 g)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为265 nm,柱温:40℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.050 95~1.019μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=9 572 887X-43 130(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.9%。结论本法灵敏、准确、专属性强,回收率高,重现性好,可作为清热化毒丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定检测方法。Objective To establish a method for determining berberine hydrochloride in Qingre Huadu Pill by HPLC. Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB - C18 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - water ( 50:50 ) ( added 3.4 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.7 g sodium dodecylsulfate each 1 000 mL ) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.050 95 - 1. 019 μg and the regression equation was Y = 9 572 887X - 43 130 ( r = 0. 999 9 ). The average recovery was 99.87% and the RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion This method was simple, rapid and feasible for the determination of berberine hydroehloride in Qingre Huadu Pill.
