毛梾硬枝扦插和嫁接繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：分别对影响毛梾扦插生根的插穗规格、母树年龄、基质种类、激素种类及浓度等因素和对影响嫁接成活的嫁接时间及砧木进行系统研究。结果表明:生长调节剂以200mg/kg NAA处理插穗生根效果最好,生根率为33%;插穗以母树年龄为1a生的枝条中部10cm插穗的生根效果最佳;扦插基质以蛭石∶泥炭∶河沙比例为1∶1∶3最佳;夏季嫁接以红瑞木为砧木的成活率可达83%以上。The effects of Cornus wateri of cutting scale,mother plant age,type of culture medium,concentration and exogenous hormone,and cutting position on the rooting rate of cuttings were studied.Meanwhile,grafting survival rate effect of grafting time and root stock were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate of cutting treated with 200 mg/kg NAA was raised at 33%,and bed cutting was better than other;the branches of 1 year-old using for cuttings,the middle of the branch,10 cm cuttings shoot length gains the best rooting rate;As for the rooting media,peat∶vermiculite∶river sand=1∶1∶3 was the best.Graft should be selected in summer,root stock chooses Cornus alba,of which survival rate was higher than 83%.
