富锂气相输运平衡对MgO∶LiNbO_3晶体表面折射率的影响

摘　　要：研究了富锂气相输运平衡(VTE)对同成分MgO∶LiNbO3晶片表面折射率的影响.VTE结果使晶体Mg浓度发生变化对其表面寻常光折射率no影响很大,包括随VTE时间的变化趋势和折射率变化幅度;同时Li浓度的变化影响了表面异常光折射率ne,但幅度变化比no要小.Li-rich vapor transportation equilibration（VTE） effects on the surface refractive index of congruent MgO∶LiNbO3 crystals were investigated.The results showed that the influence of VTE on the surface ordinary index no was remarkable in both the variation tendency against VTE duration and the amplitude changes of the index.The surface extraordinary index ne showed VTE effects similar to that of no but with smaller amplitude.
