摘　　要：半导体制冷技术已广泛用于军事及民用制冷设备仪器方面,通过对半导体制冷技术的理论分析和工艺实验研究,精心选用制冷器,设计控制电路,实现对制冷温度的精确控制,试制一种用于小型实用临床医疗和家用半导体制冷物理降温设备。Thermoelectric Cooler technology has been widely used in military and civilian refrigeration equipment.Based on theoretical analysis of Thermoelectric Cooler technology and process experimental studies,at the same time,through careful selection of refrigeration and control circuit design to achieve accurate temperature control for refrigeration,this essay aims to trial-produce a kind of device which is implemented on practical small-size clinical medical and household physical cooling device of semiconductor.
