摘  要:针对提升机首绳换绳方法的选择这一多属性决策问题,在总结和分析了目前矿井2种常用换绳方法的基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP)和物元分析法(MEA)进行综合决策分析。运用层次分析法,以综合安全性、完成换绳时间和准备工作为准则,对构建层级结构图进行属性分析,以问卷形式获取调查数据,通过矩阵运算得到初始权重;运用物元分析法通过求取关联系数精确求解元素的最终权重。Aimed at the selection of the method for safety replacing first rope of hoist as a multi- attribute decision making problem, summarized and analyzed two methods of replacing first rope of mine hoist, adopted the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the matter elements analysis (MEA) to carry out the comprehensive decision. The AHP was introduced to construct hierarchical structure diagram with replacing the rope as fundamental objective and comprehensive safety, finish time, preparation as criterion level. The date was obtained with questionnaire and the initial weights with matrix operation. The final weighs were much more accurate by seeking correlative coefficients with matter elements analysis (MEA).
