摘　　要：针对大球磨机磨球的工况特点与失效方式,提出了磨球必须选用使用寿命长、耐磨性好和抗冲击的高铬铸铁。给出了最佳的化学成分配比,得出了采用金属模铸造的生产工艺方法。Aimed at the work condition and main failure characteristics of a ball grinding＇s grinding balls, the grinding balls are made of the high chromium cast iron of the long service life, favorable wearable and resistance to impact. The first-rank chemical composition were point out. The casting manufacture of the metal mould was introduced.
