摘　　要：焊条电弧焊修复2FC-20分级机断裂螺旋轴,采用内镶轴套,设计塞焊孔,钨极氩弧整形过渡区等工艺措施,并实施2名焊工交叉对称反方向施焊,取得了很好修复效果。Welding rod arc wending repair of 2FC-20 classifier spiral shaft fracture, the inside sleeve, designed to plug weld holes, tungsten electrode argon arc plastic transition zone technology initiatives, and the implementation of two welders crossing symmetry direction welding, obtained very good restoration effect.
