摘　　要：随着煤矿信息化的不断进步,PLC控制技术已经广泛地应用于煤矿安全生产的多个方面。结合PLC控制技术和变频技术在皖北矿业集团刘桥一矿北翼主暗井带式输送机的实际应用,介绍了PLC控制系统的组成和矿用隔爆型变频器软起动器的优点,并详细分析了带式输送机的软启动过程。对其他带式输送机的设计应用具有一定的指导意义。Along with the unceasing progress of coal informatization, PLC control technology has been widely applied in various aspects of safety production in coal mine： Based on the practical application of PLC control technology and frequency conversion technology on the north wing belt conveyor in Liuqiao coal mine Wanbei mining group, the formation of PLC control system and the advantages of the flameproof inverter soft starter are introduced, and the belt conveyor soft start-up process is detailed analysed. It has certain directive significance to other belt conveyor design application.
