摘　　要：加快经济发展方式转变是一个复杂的系统性工程,必须用系统的思维推进这一进程。长期以来,我国在推动经济发展方式转变方面成效不显著,一个很重要的原因是,忽视了经济发展方式转变进程的系统性,没有形成有效的推进机制和系统合力。"十二五"期间,加快我国经济发展方式转变,必须用系统的思维、方式和方法,构建加快经济发展方式转变的推进机制。To accelerate the transformation of mode of economic development is a complicated systematic project,so we must use systematic thinking and ideas to promote this process.For a long time,effectiveness in terms of promotion of economic development mode transformation was not significant in China.One of the most important reasons is that we neglect of systematic process of economic development transformation,and don＇t form effective promotion mechanisms and systematic composite force.In the period of Twelfth-five-year,to accelerate transformation of Chinese economic development mode,we must use systematic thinking,ways and means to build promotion mechanism to accelerate transformation of mode of economic development by means of systematic promotion thinking.
