摘 要:以1,3,5,7,9,11,13-苯基-15-乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(乙烯基POSS)与醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为原料,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了POSS/PVAc复合材料。采用傅立叶转变红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)等表征POSS/PVAc复合材料的结构和组成,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了POSS分子在POSS/PVAc复合材料中的分散性。POSS/PVAc复合材料的性质以及POSS对复合材料性质的影响是通过热失重分析(TGA)技术和差示扫描量热(DSC)技术来进行研究的。结果表明,加入1%与5%POSS的复合材料Tg分别比纯PVAc高出7℃与15℃,5%的复合材料热分解温度达到324℃,比纯PVAc分别提高70℃。With 1,3,5,7,9,11,13-heptaphenyl-15-vinyl cage silsesquioxane(vinyl-POSS) and vinyl acetate(VAc) as raw materials,synthesized POSS/PVAc composite materials were synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.The structure and composition of POSS/PVAc composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR).X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) were applied to study the dispersion of POSS in POSS/PVAc composite material.The results confirm that vinyl-POSS can be successfully incorporated into the PVAc matrix via emulsion polymerization.The thermal properties were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Results show that pure PVAc has a Tg value at 38 ℃ after the POSS molecule is bonded to the chain of PVAc,Tg value of POSS/PVAc composite increases to 45 ℃,48 ℃(POSS content is 1% and 5%) that is much higher than that of the pure PVAc.The decomposition temperatures of POSS/PVAc composite(POSS content is 5%) is 324 ℃ which is 70 ℃ higher than that of the pure PVAc.
