摘 要:采用共混法制备了炭纤维(CFs)/聚甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯导电复合材料。扫描电镜(SEM)图像表明,CFs表面含有少量的残留催化剂;拉曼光谱可看出CFs结构的有序性较低和石墨化程度较低;X射线衍射(XRD)显示,CFs存在石墨(002)和(100)面的特征衍射峰;X射线光电子能谱(XPS)说明CFs表面存在炭和氧两主要元素;RT-109阻温特性仪揭示,随测试温度的升高,材料电阻率增大,且随CFs含量增加,材料正温度效应也增大。炭纤维的加入赋予了聚合物一定的导电性能,并在一定程度提高了聚合物的热稳定性。Carbon fibers/poly(trifluoroethyl methacrylate) conductive composites were prepared by blending method with using CFs as reinforcement materials.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) image shows that the surface of CFs contains few residual catalyst;Raman spectra tell that the ordered structure of CFs is poor and the degree of graphitization is low;X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectra reveal that CFs exist features diffraction peak of graphite(002) and(100);X-ray photoelectron specroscopy(XPS) illustrates that the carbon and oxygen are the two major elements on CFs surface;resistivity-temperature characteristic measurements display that the resistivity of composites increases with the increase of testing temperature,and with the increase of CFs content,the positive temperature coefficient(PTC) effect of composites also increases.CFs give electrical properties to polymers,and improve thermal properties of composites to some extent.
