钱学森开拓的系统工程引导我国管理教育蓬勃发展

摘　　要：从中国管理教育30多年来的巨变论述了钱学森作为中国管理教育复兴旗手的作用;回顾了钱学森倡导系统工程,引领中国管理教育在与理工科密切结合的道路上发展的历程,探讨了中国管理教育具有理工特色的原因和它的合理性;论述了钱学森提出的系统工程———运筹学———系统学的三层次科学技术体系,为管理学科和教育指明了广阔的发展前景。From the big change in Chinese management education for more than thirty years,the paper discusses the role of Qian Xuesen as the standard bearer in the revival of management education in China.It reviews the process that Qian Xuesen initiated systems engineering,leading to the development of Chinese management education along the path of combining closely the science and engineering disciplines.The paper deals with the cause that Chinese management education possesses traits of science and engineering and its rationality.It discourses that the three-layer scientific and technological system proposed by Qian Xuesen including systems engineering,operations research and systems science has indicated an extensive developmental vista for management disciplines and education.
