摘　　要：体育利益均衡是人们对现有体育利益格局的一种满足状态,体育利益均衡的动力是体育利益不均衡,阻力是体育制度变革的成本。体育利益均衡的实现条件是潜在的体育制度需求转变为现实的体育制度需求,同时潜在的体育制度供给转变为现实的体育制度供给。The balance of sports interest shows a satisfying state to the existing sport interest framework. The imbalanced interest is taken as the driving force of the balanced interest while the resistance lies in the cost to reform the sport system. The condition to realized the balance of sport interest are two： the potential sport institution supply is turned into practical one as well as the potential sport demand is turned practical on. Therefore, the research on sport interest balance contributes to the strategic transformation of our sport cause.
