摘　　要：GSM网络已成为目前最广泛应用的通信网络之一,短信息服务作为GSM系统中较为便捷的数据通信方式,其业务和应用得到了迅猛发展。开发基于GSM短信息业务的高校宿舍电量提醒系统,可以使得高校后勤管理部门应用手机短信息进行服务,它不仅可以提升高校宿舍管理的服务质量,也可以为学生提供更为主动和便捷的服务。GSM network has become one of the most wildly used communication network,short message service as more convenient data communication mode in GSM system,whose application has been developing rapidly.Colleges＇ logistical administrative departments can use short message to offer more proactive and more convenient services for students through developing electric quantity alert system based on GSM short message service,which also can promote the quality of service to dormitory management.
