摘 要:通过水热方法控制制备了棒状纳米氧化锌光催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子透射电镜(TEM)、BET比表面积测试、激光粒度分布等测试手段对产物结构和形貌进行了表征。以苯酚废水为目标降解物,研究并比较棒状纳米氧化锌光催化剂对苯酚的光降解性能。结果表明,通过调控制备条件,可以得到一系列不同尺寸、不同长径比的棒状纳米氧化锌光催化剂,该工艺简单,易于放大,其光催化活性随比表面积变大而提高。光催化反应120min时,棒状纳米氧化锌光催化剂对苯酚的降解率均可达到80%以上,优于目前应用最广泛的光催化剂DegussaP25。Rod-like nano ZnO photocatalysts have been prepared in a controllable hydrothermal process.The resulting particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),particle size distribution and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) surface area measurements.The photocatalytic performances of the rod-like ZnO photocatalysts in phenol wastewater degradation have also been compared.The results showed that a series of rod-like ZnO photocatalysts with different sizes and aspect ratios could obtained by regulating the preparation conditions.The preparation technology is simple and scaleable for industrial production.It was also found that the photocatalytic activities of the rod-like ZnO nanoparticles increased as the surface area increased.The photocatalytic degradation ratio of phenol after 120 min using these photocatalysts exceeded 80%,a better performance than that of the most widely used photocatalyst Degussa P25.
