摘 要:将200只21日龄罗斯肉鸡分5个处理组:处理组1(正对照组)、处理组2(负对照组),处理组3~5在负对照组日粮基础上各添加一种非淀粉多糖酶制剂。肉鸡饲养至42日龄屠宰,测定肠道及内容物消化酶。结果显示:负对照组肉鸡十二指肠和空肠及其内容物的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性显著小于(P≤0.05)正对照组。处理组3肉鸡十二指肠及其内容物的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性显著大于负对照组,与正对照组相近(P>0.05)。处理组3肉鸡空肠内容物的淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著大于其他4个处理组。处理组4和5肉鸡的十二指肠及内容物的淀粉酶活和蛋白酶活性差异不显著,但显著低于处理组3。处理组4肉鸡空肠蛋白酶活性与处理组3差异不显著,但显著大于处理组5。以上结果说明,选用NSP酶制剂应实测产品的酶类和酶活性,以合理有效使用。Two hundred ROSS broilers at age of 21 days were designed to five treatment groups in this experiment, including Group 1 and 2 (positive and negative treatments), and Group 3 to 5 with feed additive of commercial non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzymes each on base of negative group diet. All broilers were fed 21 days and were killed. The intestine and digesta were sampled for the measurement of digestive enzymes, including amylase, protease and lipase. The results showed that the amylase and protease activi- ties of duodenum, jejunum or both digesta for Group 2 broilers were lower (P〈 0. 05) than those of Group 1. The amylase and protease activities of duodenum and duodenum digesta for Group 3 were higher than those of Group 2, and were similar with Group 1 (P 〉 0. 05). The amylase, protease and lipase activities of jejunum digesta for Group 3 were highest among all groups. The amylase and protease activities in duodenum and duodenum digesta for Group 4 and 5 were no significance (P 〉0. 05), and were lower than those of Group 3. There were no significance between Group 3 and 4 for protease activities in jejunum, and were higher than those of Group 5. These findings suggested the commercial NSP enzyme products should be analyzed before selecting for the improvement of broiler growth performance.
