摘 要:对柳环菇多糖的提取、分离纯化和抗氧化功能进行了探讨。结果表明:柳环菇多糖微波辅助提取工艺的最佳条件为:料液比1∶30(g/mL)、微波功率500 W、原料细度300目、提取时间50 min。多糖提取率达15.29%;柳环菇多糖超声波辅助提取工艺的最佳条件与之相同,但多糖提取率达16.33%。柳环菇粉碎后的细度对于多糖提取率和产品中相对分子质量大的多糖比例有显著影响,对其清除O2-.能力也有一定程度影响。多糖EC50约为VC的4.5倍~5倍。Extraction,purification and antioxidant effect of polysaccarides in Agrocybe aegerita were explored.The results showed the optimal Microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccarides could be carried out when the material with 300 in degree of fineness mixed with 30 times of water was extracted for 50 min under 500 W,the extraction rate achieved 15.29 %;the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccarides reached 16.33 % of yield while being carried out under the same conditions.Degrees of fineness of Agrocybe aegerita had significant effects on extraction rate of polysaccarides as well as its composition and porportion,and ability of clearance of O2-·was also partly related to the degrees of fineness.EC50 was 4.5-5 times of VC approximately.
