摘　　要：利用熔体直接纺一头两尾单产大容量柔性化大型聚合设备的工艺路线,纺丝上利用巴马格DIO组件,先进的EVO环吹纺丝设备和WINGS40T-1500/10型卷绕设备,成功研制了134 dtex/144 f涤纶半光POY产品。研制结果表明,较低的熔体管道输送温度284～286℃、纺丝温度291～293℃,选用最佳的无风区高度、风箱上加装陶瓷耐热环和高密封耐热垫,风筒间加装隔板,集束点在650～750 mm处,导丝盘前使用分散式网络喷嘴,合适控制预网络压力,卷绕张力等工艺条件,生产比较适合加工的细旦产品。该产品内在品质稳定,后加工张力稳定,布料具有独特的柔性风格。The 134 dtex/144 f PET POY semi-dull product can be successfully developed by using the process route of the melt direct spinning one hed two tails unit yield large capacity flexible polymerization equipments,using the Barmag DIO spinning pack,using the advanced EVO circular quench air unit and WINGS40T-1500/10 winding equipments.The development results showed that the best process are as follow,the lower melt pipe transportation temperature at 284～286 ℃,the spinning temperature at 291～293 ℃,selection of the best windless zone height,adding ceramic heat-resistant sealing ring upon the quenching box and the high sealing heat-resistant pad,installing the diaphragm in the wind cylinder,yarn collection position at about 650～750 mm,using the dispersed network nozzle before the godet,reasonable control of the pre-interlaced pressure and winding tension,the product which suitable to process fine denier product can be produced.The product internal quality is stable,the downstream processing tension is steady.It＇s fabric has a unique flexible style.
