摘　　要：研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,以中国改革开放以来经济发展为背景,以标志性的法规政策为依据,对我国公共体育场馆的经营管理制度政策进行梳理,即对非完全市场经济时期基本情况进行归纳分析,并根据部分发达国家公共体育场馆制度政策发展现状结合我国国情,分析完全市场经济时期我国公共体育场馆制度政策的发展趋势,为公共体育场馆相关制度政策的研究提供理论依据。By document data, expert interviewing, the present study, baekdropped by economic development smce me implementation of reform and opening up, aims at making clear the management rules of public gyms in accordance with symbolic rules and policies. It encompasses summary and analysis of basic situation during non market economy and he development trend of rules and policies of public gyms during full market economy according to the status quo of developing countries in combination with our basic national situation, thus providing theoretical foundation for study on relevant rules and policies of public gyms.
