摘　　要：本文介绍了注浆加固机理和工艺流程,并结合工程实例阐述了注浆加固应用于既有高层建筑桩基软弱下卧层处理的特点难点、设计参数、施工技术要点以及注浆加固工程实践中应注意的问题。This paper introduces grouting reinforcement mechanism and the technological proceedings.Also described in this paper are the features and difficulties,design parameters,key points of construction technology and the problems that should be paid attention to during the grouting reinforcement into the flaccid substratum of some existing high-rise buildings＇ Pile foundations,together with living project examples.
