摘　　要：本文对深厚软土地区典型地层构造进行了简述,并就如何保证工程质量从详细地质勘察报告、合理选择桩长和桩端持力层、充分试桩试验和分析、周密的施工组织与合理施工方案、规范的质量验收、完善的质量管理制度、土方施工过程中对桩的保护等七个方面进行了阐述,对深厚软土地区灯似预制桩基工程应用有一定指导作用。This paper introduces grouting reinforcement mechanism and the technological proceedings.Also described in this paper are the features and difficulties,design parameters,key points of construction technology and the problems that should be paid attention to during the grouting reinforcement into the flaccid substratum of some existing high-rise buildings＇ Pile foundations,together with living project examples.
