摘　　要：生物柴油作为一种可部分或完全替代石化柴油的产品在环保、可再生、安全等方面所表现出来的优点毋容置疑,且在低比例生物柴油混合燃料的使用中,无需对车用发动机进行任何改动。山西省在转型跨越发展的大背景下,应尽快制定完善相应的生物柴油发展配套政策,整合全省的生物柴油资源,大力推广汽车对生物柴油的使用。This article discusses the development of Shanxi Province in the transition across the background, the integration of existing resources, bio-diesel, the use of bio-diesel vehicle development need to address several issues. The use of bio-diesel vehicle will cycle the green Shanxi＇s economic development, energy security and environmental protection have a greater role in promoting.
