摘　　要：近年来,随着"人民法官为人民"主题实践活动的深入开展以及司法审判理念的不断更新,全国各地法院日益重视司法与人民群众之间的血脉联系,均采取了丰富多样的举措推动司法贴近人民群众,司法贴近群众,作为群众路线在司法领域的具体实践,其核心问题就是该如何满足人民群众对司法工作的新需求和新期待。因此,人民群众的需求既是我们司法工作的出发点和落脚点,同时也是司法贴近群众的切入点。In recent years,with the practical activity of ＂people＇s judges for the people＂ theme and the constant renewal of ideas of justice,courts across the country increasingly valued the blood ties between the justice and the people and took a variety of initiatives to promote justice closer to the people.Justice closer to the masses as the concrete practice of the mass line in the judicial field,the core problem of which is how to meet people＇s new demand and expectation for justice. Therefore,the people＇s demand is not only the starting and ending point for justice, but also the entry point for the justice being closer to the masses.
