地区间侦查协作存在的问题及思考

摘　　要：地区间侦查协作在实际运行过程中也存在着很多问题,如地方保护主义、侦查协作绝对无偿性引发的障碍、侦查协作管理不完善、警力不足、缺乏监督投诉制度等。我们可以从以下几个方面解决:一是充分利用信息化的成果。二是建立新型的侦查协作机制,如建立侦查协作网络、设立侦查协作区等。三是其他相应的途径。总之,通过各种各样的手段可以使侦查协作工作更好的服务于公安工作的大局。In actual operation,the interregional investigating collaboration there are also many problems,such as local protectionism,the barriers caused by absolutely free of collaboration,imperfect management of investigating collaboration, lack of police force,lack of supervision and complaint systems.We can solve from the following aspects：First,the full use of the results of information technology;secondly, to establish a new coordination mechanism for the detection,such as the establishment of investigating collaboration networks and the establishment of investigating colla-boration zones;thirdly,other appropriate ways.In short,use a variety of means to enable investigating collaboration to better serve the overall situation of public security work.
