摘　　要：文中从2005年开始,东北三省在实施振兴战略中相继开展了大规模的棚户区改造,其缔造了"棚改奇迹":不仅仅体现在居住环境的改善——空间布局的优化,也体现在社会环境的改善——社会生活的提升。试图从社区建设的视角下分析棚改的影响和成效,从居住环境改善前后社区居民生活质量发生重大改观这一视角,探求棚改过程中社区建设之和谐发展。Since 2005,the three northeastern provinces in the implementation of the revitalizaton strategy have launched a massive shantytowns transformation,which created the ＂miracle of shantytowns transformation＂： not only reflected in the improvement of the living environment optimization of space layout,but also reflected in the improvement of the social environment improvement of social life. This article attempted to analyze the impact and effectiveness of the shantytowns transformation from the perspective of community building,and explored the harmonious development of the community building from the improved quality of the social life afterwards.
