摘　　要：本文将从功能主义的视角,着重以默顿的中层理论及马林诺斯基的必要功能主义和卢曼的系统功能主义为理论指导,采用默顿的净功能分析方法来研究农村合作经济组织在各层次上事件后果的净均衡,来洞察农村合作经济组织的本质,为农民合作经济组织的发展提供理论支撑。This article from the perspective of functionalism,with emphasis on the guide of Merton＇s middle theory,Malinowski＇s necessary functionalism and Luhmann＇s systematic functionalism,used Merton＇s net functional analysis methods to study the net balance of consequences at all levels of economic events by the rural cooperative organization,to gain insight into the nature of rural cooperative economic organizations and to provide theoretical support for the development of rural cooperative economic organizations.
