摘 要:空气源热泵机组在我国得到了越来越广泛的应用,但是其制热运行时随着室外温度的降低运行能效也逐渐降低。提出一种结合相变蓄热材料的新型太阳能蓄热风道,预热送入空气源热泵机组蒸发器侧的空气,仅利用太阳能,不需要消耗不可再生能源便可达到改善机组运行状况,提高空气源热泵机组制热能效的作用。介绍了其具体实施方式和工作原理,并对其在实际工程中的应用做了分析,认为该太阳能蓄热风道可广泛应用于使用空气源热泵制热的空调、生活热水及热风干燥项目中。Air source heat pump has been used more and more in China, but when the outdoor temperature decreases me heating operation efficiency gradually reduces. Put forward a new type of solar storage air channel combined with phase change materials, in which the air is preheated before entering the evaporator, only solar energy is consumed to improve the operation condition and heating efficiency of air source heat pump. Implementation and operating principle of the solar storage air channel is introduced, its application in the practical engineering is also analyzed. It is believed that the solar storage air channel can be widely used in air conditioning system, domestic hot water system and hot-air drying system with air source heat pumps.
