摘 要:我国北方大部分城市的集中供热系统均采用枝状管网设计。众所周知,枝状管网虽然设计简单,运行管理方便,但与环状管网相比,具有后备能力不足、管网可靠度低等缺点。尤其是后者,每年因为枝状管网某处发生管道破裂,阀门损坏而导致停暖的事故时有发生,严重影响严寒地区人民的生活和社会的安定。因此,在枝状管网设计之初以及对既有管网进行可靠度评价,防患于未然则显得尤为重要。在原热网可靠度评价函数计算表达式的基础上,分析了评价函数与系统状态的关系,并对其进行修正。然后结合乌鲁木齐市某热力公司一次热网系统及其管网检修和事故调查记录,统计得出该热力公司一次网的管道故障率和阀门故障率,并分析其一次管网的可靠度。In north china, the Branch shape pipe network for central heating system is designed largely in most of the cities. As it is known to all, the Branch shape pipe network is simple to be designed, convenient to be managed, but compared with Circular pipe network, the shortcomings of Branch shape pipe network are the shortage on backup ability, low reliability and so on. Especially the latter one, due to piping breaking and valve damage, the stop heating accident happened from time to time each year. This kind of accident influences people's lives and social stability in cold region. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the reliability of the original network and the new network which is branch shape. On the basis of original network reliability evaluation function calculation expression, this paper analyses the relation between evaluation function and system state, and update the reliability evaluation function calculation expression. And then combining with the heating network and records of network maintenance and accident investigation of a thermal company in Urumqi, concluded the rate of pipeline failure and valve failure of the first network of this thermal company. Finally, this paper analyses the reliability of the first network of the thermal company.
