心率震荡以及心率变异对高血压伴室性早搏的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的观察心率震荡以及心率变异对高血压伴室性早搏的相关性分析。方法患者收集我院2008年6月至2010年1月的原发性高血压患者共217例,患者根据有无伴发室性早搏分为偶发室早组,频发室早组,并另外选健康人群80例作为对照组。记录各组HRV、HRT的各项指标的差异。结果各组结果之间对比中发现,偶发组、频发组的TO、TS与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,P≤0.05。频发组的TO、TS与偶发组对比差异有统计学意义,P≤0.05。偶发组、频发组的SDNN、T1低于对照组,结果有统计学意义,P≤0.05。偶发组、频发组的TO、TS、SDNN、T1的阳性率明显高于对照组,P≤0.05。而频发组TO、TS、SDNN、T1的阳性率高于偶发组。结论频发组患者自主神经功能系统受损最严重,HRV与HRT可以作为评估原发性高血压伴室早的评价指标。Objective To investigate the related research of heart rate turbulence and Heart rate variability in combined hypertensive with Ventricular premature.Methods 217 case were selected from June 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital,patients divided into Occasional ventricular premature group and frequent ventricular premature group according to whether patients with ventricular premature,and choose 80 healthy people as control group.Records of the differences of HRT、HRV＇s index.Results Compare of the result between each groups found that occasional group and frequent group＇s TO and TS has statistically differences with control group,P≤0.05.The frequent group＇s TO and TS has statistically differences with occasional group,P≤0.05.occasional group and frequent group＇s SDNN、T1 lower than control group,P≤0.05.occasional group and frequent group＇s TO、TS、SDNN、T1 positive rate significant higher than the control group,P≤0.05.frequent group＇s TO、TS、SDNN、T1 positive rate higher than occasional group.Conclusion Frequent ventricular premature group patient＇s autonomic nervous system function damaged serious,HRT and HRT canbe used as evaluation indexes for combined hypertensive with Ventricular premature.
