摘　　要：在建国头七年中,党和国家根据《共同纲领》的规定,把推行民族区域自治作为民族工作的中心工作之一。民族区域自治在总结经验、不断完善的过程中逐步走向法制化、规范化轨道;反过来,法制的日益健全又进一步促进民族区域自治的顺利实施,从而形成了一个良性循环。民族区域自治呈现出顺利而健康的发展态势。According to the requirement of ＂Common Platform＂,the CPC and the state put the implementation of ethnic regional autonomy as a national center of work In the first seven years of new china＇s creation.In summing up the experience of regional ethnic autonomy,and constantly improve the process of gradually legalized and standardized;Conversely,increasing the legal system more robust and to further promote the smooth implementation of ethnic regional autonomy,creating a virtuous cycle.The National regional autonomy presents a smooth and healthy development momentum.
