摘  要:研究了用渗滤法提取柚籽中柠檬苦素类化合物。结果表明:丙酮为提取柠檬苦素类化合物的适宜溶剂;脱脂柚籽和未脱脂柚籽中柠檬苦素类化合物的含量分别为1.51%和1.98%。对原料柚籽脱脂处理可以提高柠檬苦素类化合物的提取率、降低浸提溶剂的使用量并提高浸取速率,但将造成柠檬苦素类化合物的损失,使其得率降低。Lagergren准二级方程可以较好地模拟从脱脂或未脱脂柚籽中浸取柠檬苦素类化合物的动力学行为。以丙酮为提取溶剂,当流出体积为25BV时,渗滤法从脱脂柚籽和未脱脂柚籽中提取柠檬苦素类化合物的提取率分别为56.88%(流速4.5BV.h-1)和50.01%(流速3.3BV.h-1),相应柠檬苦素类化合物的得率分别为0.859%和0.99%。Pomelo(Citrus grandis Osbeck) seeds contain bioactive components limonoids.The percolation extraction of limonoids from pomelo seeds has been studied.Experimental results show that acetone is a good solvent for the extraction of limonoids.The limonoids content of degreased pomelo seeds was 1.51% while that of undegreased pomelo seeds was 1.98%.The degreasing of pomelo seeds increased extraction rate of limonoids,lowered the extraction solvent consumption and speeded up the extraction process,but led the loss of limonoids due to their dissolving in the degreasing solvent.The kinetics behavior of limonoids extraction from degreased and un-degreased pomelo seeds could be well simulated by Lagergren quasi-secondary kinetic equation.As the effluent volume was 25 BV,the percolation extraction rate of limonoids from degreased and undegreased pomelo seeds were 56.88%(efflux rate 4.5 BV·h-1) and 50.01%(efflux rate 3.3 BV·h-1),respectively,while the corresponding yield were 0.859% and 0.99%,respectively.
