压电陶瓷在布氏硬度标准机力加载系统中的应用

摘　　要：根据试验要求,设计了压电陶瓷力发生装置,并将其应用于布氏硬度标准机力值加载系统。试验结果表明,此装置与硬度计原有的电动力加载装置配合使用,力值加载时间和加载精度等指标都达到了布氏硬度标准机的要求。A piezoelectric ceramics force generating device was designed and applied to the force load system of the standard brinell hardness tester. As a result, associated with the former electric force load system of the brinell hardness tester, force load time and force load precision all meet the requirement of the standard brinell hardness tester machine.
