摘 要:长期以来,飞机燃油系统采用模拟式燃油测量系统进行工作,这种方式存在诸如测量和显示精度低、维护性和可靠性差等较多特点。为解决模拟式燃油测量系统的缺陷,在飞机燃油测量和指示系统中引入了数字技术,即以燃油测量与管理计算机为核心的数字式燃油测量系统。结合某型飞机燃油系统试飞,主要介绍了数字式燃油测量系统的组成、工作原理及数据处理等,叙述了数字式燃油测量系统的试验方法,通过对飞行试验结果分析,总结了影响数字式燃油测量精度的主要因素,并提出了油量测量精度受飞机姿态影响的解决思路。For a long time, an airplane fuel system works in the analogous way, which has some disadvantages such as lower accuracy to survey and display, lower maintenance and reliability level. In order to solve these disadvantages, a digital technique is applied to the fuel measurement and display system, which is digital fuel measurement system based on fuel measurement and management computer. According to an airplane fuel sys- tem flight test, the components, working principle and test data processing of digital fuel measurement system are mainly described, as well as flight test method on digital fuel measurement system. Through analyzing test results, main factors which influences the survey accuracy of fuel measurement are summarized, and a way to deal with the effect of fuel measurement accuracy due to airplane posture is given.
