胜坨油田污水水质对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶堵剂成胶影响研究

摘　　要：水质对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶堵剂的成胶有较大的影响,该文通过分析不同水质中的pH值,矿化度中钙离子、镁离子、钠离子,以及机械杂质、含油量、不同离子浓度等各种因素,对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶堵剂的成胶强度和时间影响进行试验,得到了聚丙烯酰胺的最佳成胶条件和成胶时间,即pH值范围5～7,钙离子浓度范围2 000～3 000 mg/L,镁离子浓度范围2 500～4 000 mg/L,钠离子浓度范围为10 000～30 000 mg/L,污水中机械杂质对成胶也有很大影响,但含油量对成胶影响较弱。通过一系列的研究实验,用不同区块水质配制的堵剂,达到了现场堵水调剖施工工艺的要求。Water quality has great impact on polyacrylamide gel plugging agent.The paper analyzed the following factors of water quality： the pH value,the calcium ion,the magnesium ion,the sodium ion,the mechanical impurity,oil content and the concentra tion of various ions,and conducted an experiment about their effects on the intension and time of polyacrylamide gel plugging agents’formation.The results indicated the most advisable conditions for the formation： pH value ranging between 5～7,calcium ion concentration ranging between 2 000～3 000 mg/L,magnesium ion concentration ranging between 2 500～4 000 mg/L,the sodi um ion concentration ranging between 10 000～30 000 mg/L.The results also pointed out that the mechanical impurity also had great effects on gelling formation while oil content had negligible effect.Through a series of researches,the plugging agent devel oped by using water quality from different blocks could meet the requirements of field water plugging and profile control operations.
