摘　　要：目的:调查山东省从事医学影像学护理的人力资源情况。方法:通过调查问卷等形式收集了378所二级以上医院影像护理人员的基本资料,内容包括学历、职称、人员比例等。结果:共收集了2 453名护理人员信息,其中初、中、高级职称之比100:104:9,中专以下、大专、本科、硕士以上人员比例为100:62:23:1,医、技、护人员的比例为100:28:19。结论:应加大培训和继续教育力度,提高影像护理人员素质及职称结构,适应医学影像学发展的需要。Objective：To investigate the nursing human resource of medical imaging department in Shandong Province.Methods：Survey was processed by questionnaire and other forms of methods which collected about 378 hospitals above second-class.Research content included education level,professional title and staff ratio.Results：In total,the information of 2 453 nursing people were collected,in which the ratio among primary,middle and high title was 100：104：9,the ratio among secondary specialized,Junior College,Bachelor,Master degree was 100：62：23：1,the ratio among medical,technical and nursing people was 100：28：19.Conclusion：Some measures should be taken to improve the nurse＇s education level and professional tide to adapt the development of medical imaging.
