摘  要:目的:采用速度向量成像(velocity vector imaging,VVI)技术对实验猪容量过负荷及压力过负荷前、后右心室长轴收缩功能进行研究,探讨压力负荷及容量负荷对VVI估测右心室收缩功能的影响。方法:选取实验猪6只,应用速度向量成像技术分别估测实验猪右室容量过负荷和压力过负荷前、后右室纵向收缩期峰值速度(V)、位移(D)、应变(S)及应变率(SR),并与基础状态各参数进行比较。结果:正常状态下右室各节段V、S、SR、D存在自心底向心尖方向依次降低的趋势;增加右室容量负荷后,V、D升高(P<0.05),而S、SR无明显变化(P>0.05);右室压力过负荷节段及整体的V、D、S、SR大都显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:VVI估测右心室长轴收缩功能时受压力负荷影响,不受容量负荷影响,VVI估测心功能时需注意或考虑到压力负荷影响。Objective:To study the systolic function of the right ventricle(RV) before and after pressure overload and volume overload with velocity vector imagine(VVI) technique and to explore the affecting factors of velocity vector imaging for evaluating right ventricular systolic function.Methods:Six pigs were enrolled.The longitudinal peak systolic velocity(V),displacement(D),strain(S) and strain rate(SR) of each RV segments before and after pressure overload and volume overload were measured with velocity vector imagine(VVI) technique and compared between states.Results:The myocardial systolic peak velocity and displacement of volume overload state were higher than basic state(P0.05).However,the systolic peak strain and strain rate of this state showed no difference compared with that of basic state(P0.05).The myocardial systolic peak velocity,displacement,strain and strain rate of pressure overload state were significantly impaired compared with the basic state(P0.05).Conclusion:Velocity vector imaging will not be influenced by the volume overload when estimating the long axis of the right ventricular systolic function,but influenced by the pressure overload.
