草甘膦生产工艺优劣及双氧水氧化法环保达标分析

摘　　要：为进一步比较草甘膦生产工艺优劣,评价双氧水法生产草甘膦企业能否实现达标排放,技术人员对境内舒农农药种业有限公司草甘膦生产线生产工艺选择及其污染物产生、治理和排放情况开展深入细致的调查、监测和分析。结果显示:双氧水法生产草甘膦在水、气、声、固废方面环保均能通过环保验收,达标排放。该研究对草甘膦农药化工生产工艺的选择具有很强的针对性。To further compare the merits of glyphosate production process,the discharge standards of hydrogen peroxide production of glyphosate are discussed.Technical staff governance and analysis glyphosate production lines in Shunong Agricultural Pesticides and Seed Co.,Ltd..The results showed that： hydrogen peroxide hydrocarbonylation of glyphosate production meet emissions standards in water,air,noise,solid waste aspects of environmental standard.The study are highly targeted.on the selection of glyphosate production progress.
