两类水处理剂的合成及其絮凝能力比较研究

摘  要:文章以丙烯酰胺(AM)和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DADMAC)为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用溶液聚合的方法制备聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)及其共聚物丙烯酰胺—二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(P(AM–DADM AC)),其分子量通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)进行了表征。将两种聚合物配制成一定浓度的稀溶液,即非离子水处理剂(WTA)和阳离子水处理剂(CWTA),比较研究了两种不同类型水处理剂对高固含量污水的絮凝沉淀能力。结果表明,阳离子水处理剂对污水的絮凝在浓度为5 mg/L时几分钟内完成,絮凝时间与浓度关系不大;非离子水处理剂对污水中颗粒物的絮凝时间较长,高浓度时会发生胶体保护效应,增长絮凝时间;阳离子水处理剂处理污水得到的絮凝体积因离子的排斥作用而增大讼的价值,意义以及我国需要借鉴国外环境公益诉讼的发展来建立这一制度的现实要求及必要性,最后提出一点我国构建环境公益诉讼制度的几点设想。Polyacrylamide(PAM) and its copolymer[P(AM-DMDAAC)] were synthesized by solution polymerization of acrylamide(AM) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) with K2S2O8 as initiator.The average molecular weight was characterized by the gel permeation chromatograph(GPC).By preparing aqueous solutions of the two polymers at different concentrations,non-ionic wastewater treatment agent(WTA) and cationic wastewater treatment agent(CWTA) were obtained.We investigated.The investigation of the two agents' flocculation ability indicated that the flocculation was completed in few minutes for CWTA at concentration of 5 mg/L with no distinct dependence on the concentration.The flocculation volume of the CWTA for wastewater increased with the increase of ion exclusion effect.The flocculation time of WTA was longer,and the colloid protection effect appeared at high WTA concentration,which resulted in a delay in flocculation time.
