河南地方绵羊品种RBP4基因的多态性研究

摘　　要：采用PCR-SSCP方法分析了RBP4基因在大尾寒羊和小尾寒羊中的多态性,以期探索该基因对于河南地方绵羊品种繁殖力的影响。结果表明:在2个绵羊品种中,RBP4基因检测出2个基因型,即BB和AB,没有检测到AA基因型。在小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊中BB基因型频率分别为0.840和0.583,AB基因型频率分别为0.160和0.416。在小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊中A等位基因频率分别为0.080和0.209,B等位基因频率分别为0.920和0.791。研究为进一步从分子水平探索河南地方绵羊品种的高繁殖力遗传机制提供了参考。The polymorphism of RBP4 gene in fat-tailed sheep and small tailed han sheep was studied by PCR-SSCP method to explore the influence of this gene on fecundity of Henan local sheep breeds.The results showed that：two genotypes of RBP4 including BB and AB were detected,while only AA genotype was not detected.Frequency of BB genotype,AB genotype in small tailed han sheep and fat-tailed sheep were 0.840 and 0.583,0.160 and 0.416 respectively.A allele frequency and B allele frequency in small tailed han sheep and fat-tailed sheep were 0.080 and 0.209,0.920 and 0.791 respectively.This study provided reference for exploring high fecundity genetic mechanism of Henan local sheep breeds at molecular level.
