低温等离子消融治疗小儿鼾症150例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察低温等离子消融手术对小儿鼾症的临床疗效。方法2009年5月－2011年5月收治的150例小儿鼾症患者在全麻下行低温等离子下消融术。结果鼾声消除，并发症状得到有效控制。呼吸睡眠监测各项指数趋于正常。结论低温等离子消融治疗小儿鼾症II缶床恢复快，是一种安全有效的方案，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technigue in children with snoring disease. Methods 150 children diagnosed snoring disease between May 2009 and May 2011 under geheral anesthesia were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technigue. Results The sympoons like snoring is sleepping, and the technique could effectively relieve the narrow or obstruction of oropharynx and nasopharynx. Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique in children with snoring disease less pain is safe and effective, valuable for generalization application in clinic.
