摘　　要：目的探讨急性肺栓塞患者心电图特点及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析近4年来收治的28例急性肺栓塞患者入院时和溶栓治疗后心电图的变化。结果通过对比溶栓治疗前后的心电图变化，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急性肺栓塞患者的心电图变化是多样的，但动态观察心电图的改变对它的诊断却有较大的帮助。Objective To explore the change of features and diagnostic value of Electrocardiogram （ECG） in acute pulmonary embolism （APE）. Methods Retrospective analysis of ECG changes was done at the admission and after thrombo- lyric treatment in 28 patients with APE over the past 4 years. Results Through to comparing the changes of ECG, there was statistically significant different between before and after tbrombolytic treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The ECG changes in APE were varied. However,it may be helpful in diagnosis of APE with the dynamic change of ECG.
