摘  要:为选育高品质玉米远缘杂交饲草品系,对温带玉米与一年生大刍草远缘杂交后代在生物学特性、生物产量及营养品质等方面进行分析,从中筛选优势较为突出的温带玉米与一年生大刍草远缘杂交后代。结果表明,在温带地区(山东),杂交后代具有多分蘖性、生物产量高、品质好等优点,其中TH-02-044鲜草年产量达到94355kg/hm2,是对照品种的3~4倍;杂交品系粗蛋白含量均高于对照,TH-02-030、TH-02-023的粗蛋白含量与对照差异显著,分别为11.18%和11.65%。TH-02-044、TH-02-030、TH-02-023三个品系在分蘖数、生物产量、营养品质方面特性突出,具有作为优质饲草资源的潜力。In order to lay a foundation for breeding high quality forage corn distant hybrids forage grass strain.by the analysis on biology characters,yield and nutritional quality of distant hybrids between temperate zone corn and teosinte,the paper tries to filter prominent distant hybrids between temperate zone corn and teosinte,The result showed that in temperate zone(Shandong Province),filial generation had many advantages with more tillering,higher yield and better quality than the control.The reinto,TH-02-044 grass yield reached 94355 kg/hm 2,equals to 3-4 times of control variety,CP content of each hybridized strain was higher than control variety,among which TH-02-030 and TH-02-023 had significant difference from control variety,respectively reached 11.18% and 11.65%.TH-02-044,TH-02-030 and TH-02-023 three strains hadprominent characteristics on tiller number,biological output and nutritional quality aspects,which have potential to be a resource of fine quality forage grass.
