摘 要:为探讨植物疫苗无致病力青枯雷尔氏菌FJAT-1458对番茄防御酶系统的影响,以无致病力青枯雷尔氏菌FJAT-1458作为外源微生物胁迫接种番茄植株,接种后于不同时间取样分析番茄植株株高、根系长度、根系干重及植株不同器官(根、茎、叶)的防御酶系SOD(superoxide dismutase)、POD(peroxidase)、PPO(polyphenol oxidase)活性动态变化。结果表明,植物疫苗无致病力青枯雷尔氏菌FJAT-1458胁迫接种对番茄植株株高、根系长度、根系干重影响不显著(P>0.05),但对番茄植株不同部位的抗氧化酶影响较明显。植物疫苗无致病力青枯雷尔氏菌FJAT-1458胁迫接种能导致番茄植株不同器官的POD、PPO和SOD酶活性总和显著高于对照植株,并且在胁迫处理植株与对照植株之间,POD、PPO和SOD的活性变化动态也有所不同。说明无致病力青枯雷尔氏菌FJAT-1458的接种可提高植株对病原物入侵的防御能力。In order to study the effect of avirulent Ralstonia solanacearum strain FJAT-1458 on protective enzyme system of tomato,strain FJAT-1458 was inoculated into tomato plant as an exogenous microorganism.The tomato plants were sampled at different days after the inoculation for determination of plant height,root length and dry weight as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) at different plant organs(root,stem and leaf).The results showed that the root length and dry weight and the plant height of tomato were not obviously affected by strain FJAT-1458(P0.05),but the activities of antioxidant enzymes were significantly affected.The total activities of POD,PPO and SOD at different parts of tomato plant in treatment were significantly higher than in control.Moreover,the activity dynamics of POD,PPO and SOD were also significantly different between treatment and control.It was concluded that the inoculation of the avirulent R.solanacearum strain FJAT-1458 might improve the resistance of plant against the invasion of pathogen.
