摘　　要：单胺类(monoamines)神经递质对哺乳动物的神经系统功能、内脏功能、应激反应,以及对中枢神经系统的兴奋或抑制起着协调作用。目前的研究表明,许多神经系统疾病如脑卒中、帕金森病、老年性痴呆、抑郁症及吗啡戒断均与单胺类神经递质的异常有关。而针刺通过调节单胺类神经递质的水平,对许多神经系统疾病具有较好的治疗作用。The monoamine neurotransmitter regulates mammal＇s nervous system function,the visceral function,stress reaction and exciting or soothing to the central nerve system.The results from the present investigation suggest that many diseases of nervous system like Stroke,Parkinson Disease,Dementia,Depression and Morphine Dependence are both related to the abnormity of the monoamine neurotransmitters.Acupuncture has the good therapeutic action on many diseases of nervous system by adjusting the level of monoamine neurotransmitters.
