摘  要:目的:旨在对我国近5年来关于大黄对脑卒中炎性因子抑制作用及其脑保护效应的概况作一综述,反映这一专题的最新研究进展,为临床和科研提供参考依据。方法:查阅近5年来的相关文献,着重对该味中药的药理研究及临床应用两方面进行归纳总结。结果:使读者对近5年来大黄对脑卒中炎性因子抑制作用及其脑保护效应的研究现状一目了然。结论:中药大黄对脑卒中炎性因子的抑制作用及其脑保护效应是肯定的;但在大黄的使用时间、剂型剂量等方面仍缺乏统一的量化标准,有待进一步探讨、研究和总结。Objective:Nearly five years in our country on the inhibitory effect of rhubarb on inflammatory factors in stroke and brain protective effect profiles are reviewed,which is to reflect the latest research topic and for clinical and research to provide reference.Method:Access to the last five years of the relevant literature,focus on the taste of Chinese Herbal Medicine Research and clinical applications of both were summarized.Results:The past five years of rhubarb on inflammatory factors in stroke and cerebral protective effects of inhibition of research were at a glance.Conclusion:Rhubarb inhibition of inflammatory factors for stroke and brain protective effect is positive.However,the use of rhubarb time,dose and other dosage forms are still a lack of uniform quantitative criteria,which need to be further explored,studied and summarized.
