基于S波段的交指型滤波器的研究

摘　　要：文章简述了交指型带通滤波器的原理和设计方法,涉及到电容加载的方法,减小体积和增加阻带宽度,利用相关的图表得到滤波器的尺寸,通过HFSS的仿真得到了通带为3.2～3.4 GHZ MHz交指型滤波器。通过试验验证了该设计方法的正确性。仿真结果和理论结果吻合良好,证明了设计方法的可行性。This paper describes the cross-finger-type band-pass filter theory and design methods,the method involves the loadingcapacitance,reduced volume and increased resistance width,use the chart to be related to the size of the filter,obtained by HFSS simulationpassband of 3.2 ~ 3.4 GHZ MHz cross-finger-type filter.Verified by testing the correctness of the design method.Simulation results andtheoretical results agree well prove the feasibility of the design method.
