摘　　要：在经济全球化的今天,企业物流已呈现网络化、专业化和标准化的特征,物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。文章通过对我国企业物流成本管理现状及存在问题的分析,提出了创新物流成本管理机制、构建物流成本管理制度、多方联动降低物流成本等改进我国企业物流成本管理的策略。The globalization of economy,the enterprise logistics has displayed a network,specialization and standardization of the features,the logistics cost management enterprises to gain the competitive advantage has become the key factor.In this paper,through to our countryenterprise logistics cost management present situation and the existing problems are analyzed,and the innovative logistics cost managementsystem,constructing logistics cost management system,various linkage to reduce logistics cost improvement enterprises in our country thelogistics cost management strategy.
