摘　　要：虚拟园林漫游系统对改进设计流程、优化设计方案、缩短设计周期、提高工程质量有重要的价值和意义,同时也为园林景观的展示、宣传提供了机会。以一个园林场景为例,利用CAD软件绘制场景平面图后导入3ds Max软件建造场景模型,结合Virtools交互虚拟技术,开发了园林虚拟漫游系统。介绍了Virtools技术的软硬件配置要求、安装条件、优点,3ds Max建模时的注意事项以及开发的基本流程。landscape roaming system is of vital value and significance to the improvement of design process,optimization of design scheme,shortening of design cycle and increase of engineering quality;and meanwhile it can provide a good opportunity for the display and publicity of garden landscape.By taking a landscape scene for example,the plane graph of the scene has been made by using CAD,which then has been imported in 3ds Max to construct the scene model.By combining with interactive virtual technology of Virtools,landscape virtual roaming system has been developed.Finally,the paper has introduced the allocation requirements for the software and hardware,installation conditions and advantages of Virtools,matters needing attention in the modeling of 3ds Max,and the basic process for its development.
