摘　　要：总结了我国农村宅基地产权制度的现状:中央政府为主导的农村宅基地产权模糊化;地方政府为主导的农村集体和农民宅基地产权弱化;地方政府应和农村集体和农民自发的宅基地产权强化。并分析了我国农村宅基地产权制度效率低下的原因主要是产权制度不完整、国家垄断制度供给。The present situation of rural homestead property rights system is： the property right of central government is fuzzy,while the rural collective and farmers＇ homestead property right of local government is weak;the property rights of rural collective and farmers＇ homestead should be strengthened.It is analyzed that the causes of low efficiency of property rights system are incomplete property system and state monopoly of institutional supply.
