摘 要:[目的]研究忍冬属植物茎的POD同工酶谱,以期为忍冬属植物亲缘关系的鉴定提供依据。[方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对西宁地区的4种忍冬属植物和作为外类群的1种猬实属植物的茎的POD同工酶谱进行了研究。[结果]5种植物的POD同工酶电泳共出现7条酶带,其中POD-1、POD-2为所共有的酶带,POD-6是忍冬属4种植物所共有的酶带,POD-3和POD-7为猥实所特有的酶带。因而,POD-3,6,7可作为忍冬属和猥实属植物的分类鉴定依据。聚类分析结果将所选的5个植物品种可分成大2类,即忍冬属的盘叶忍冬、红脉忍冬、金花忍冬和兰果忍冬归为1类,猥实属的猬实独自归为另1类。[结论]POD同工酶分析技术在忍冬属植物的分类鉴定中有一定的应用价值。[Objective] The aim was to study Peroxidase(POD) isozyme of Lonicera L.for providing theoretical basis for their variety identification.[Method]Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) was used to determine the Peroxidase(POD) isozyme of stem of four species of Lonicera L.and one specie of Kolkwitzia Grarbn.[Result]There are 7 bands of POD isozymes in five materials and POD-1 and POD-2 were the two bands which appear in all of the materials.POD-6 only appeared in four materials of Lonicera L.and POD-3 and POD-7 only appeared in K.amabilis Grarbn.So it could be seen as the marker of Lonicera L.Clustering analysis showed that all of the plants could be divided into 2 groups,in which L.tragophylla Hemsl,L.nervosa Maxim,L.chrysantha Turcz.,and L.caerulea Linn.belonged to the first group,and K.amabilis Grarbn belonged to the second group.[Conclusion] POD isozyme analysis has certain application value in classification and identification of Lonicera L.
